Virtual Atelier LLC will never claim ownership of any content that you provide.
You guarantee to us that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork that you provide us for inclusion in the website are either owned by you, or that you have permission to use them.
When you pay for a project, copyright is automatically assigned as follows: You own the content we return to you for this project. We’ll give you a copy of all files and you should store them really safely as we are not required to keep them or provide any native source files we used to make them. You also own text content, photographs and other data you provided, unless someone else owns them.
We love to show off our work and share what we have learned with other people, so you agree to allow us the right to display and link to images, both supplied and completed as part of our portfolio and to write about the project on websites, in magazine articles, email marketing, advertising and in books or print media.
Refunds may only be issued prior to the start of any project work by Virtual Atelier LLC. Any credit card processing fees will be deducted from your refund.
Hosting subscriptions may be canceled via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellation will be reflected on the next billing cycle date. The website may not be transferred to another hosting service.
Virtual Atelier LLC will notify you via email of any failed hosting subscription payments. After 3 weeks of failed payments (attempted every 7 days), the website will be unpublished. You may reactivate by providing updated billing information.
Domains must be purchased separately. We recommend going through Google Domains or GoDaddy to claim the domain. For Virtual Atelier LLC to link your domain, you must provide your login credentials to your account. Don’t worry, we never save or share this information.
You will receive access to the website Editor to make changes and updates to the website content at your discretion. A total of three team member accounts may be added for access.
Additional custom website. pages & design updates may be requested at any time. A custom quote will be provided to you.
We can’t guarantee that the content we return to you will not be viewed as misleading or false from another person(s) or company(s) perspective and so we can’t be liable to you or any third party for damages, including lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the provision of our service. You also agree that we do not have knowledge of how the output data, text, or otherwise, is going to be used and we cannot be held liable to you or any third party for damages, including lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of how you have chosen to use the output data.
The service and content are provided as-is. We try to make sure it works perfectly all the time, but if something goes wrong, we need to limit our liability.

IN NO EVENT SHALL VIRTUAL ATELIER LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS, PROCEEDINGS, LIABILITIES, OBLIGATIONS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR COSTS IN AN AMOUNT EXCEEDING ONE DOLLAR.THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SECTION APPLIES WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER BASIS, EVEN IF VIRTUAL ATELIER LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. Virtual Atelier LLC reserves the right to change terms of service at any time, upon notice to you via email in our sole discretion. Your use of the service following such notification constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
